HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

Tickets - Easy as 1,2,3...
  1. Select the Performance you want to attend and enter # of tickets and age of patrons.
  2. Type in your personal information and mailing address.
  3. Type in your billing information. Double check your credit card number and expiry date as incorrect orders will be deleted and you will be required to resubmit your order.

Fill in all the required fields (marked with a *). Orders are normally processed within one business day, Tuesday to Saturday 12 pm - 4 pm. Seating is given as "best available" and is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email.

A Facility Fee of $2.00 per ticket applies to all orders & will be added to your total. The $2.00 fee is per ticket, not per order.

IMPORTANT : Ticket Pick up Information

Events inside the Theatre: All tickets for events inside the Theatre are held at the Ticket Centre for pick up on your way into the show or during our regular Ticket Centre hours. If you would like your tickets mailed to the address provided in your order, please indicate this in the Notes Section above. Orders placed within 7 days of the event will not be mailed; your tickets will be held for pickup at the Ticket Centre.

Events outside the Theatre: All Tickets purchased online for events not in the Theatre will be mailed to the address you give above. Online sales will end 7 days prior to event start date. If you are travelling to the event, do not order the tickets online if you feel that they will not arrive at your home in time.

Memberships

To become a member or renew your current membership, simply fill in all the information as requested and choose "Membership" as the performance selection.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates have no expiry date and can be ordered in any denomination. Simply fill in all the information as requested and choose "Gift Certificate" as the performance selection. Please list the denomination that you would like in the Notes section.

Charitable Donations

Your charitable donations help to improve the Tidemark Theatre! A tax receipt will be made out in your name and mailed to the address you provide. Please list the amount of the donation in the Notes section.
